Telephone Line: Phone Calls and Emails (Updated)

All systems are now restored.

7 July

We continue to operate on a reduced number of lines as our phone service provider seeks to resolve the phoneline fault.

6 July

At lunchtime today our internet service was restored so we are now able to send and receive emails. We are also able to accept incoming calls but on a reduced number of lines so we apologise if you are unable to reach us at any point.

5 July

We are arranging a call divert which will allow us to accept incoming calls from 9.00am tomorrow morning (Monday 6 July) to our office number.

Emails remain unavailable pending investigation and resolution by our technical support team.

4 July

We arrived into the office today (Saturday 4 July) to find that our phone lines and broadband were not working.

As a result, we are currently unable to make or receive phone calls or send or receive emails. A BT engineer is due to visit us this afternoon (Saturday) with a view to resolving this issue but in the meantime we apologise for any inconvenience caused and will provide updates as soon as we are able to do so.
